Print Refund Policy

Printed books are made just for you

Every printed book is produced on demand by our print partner with your child's story and name. Because it's a personalized, made-to-order item, the timing of your request matters.

Full refund before production

If you change your mind, you can get a full refund as long as your book hasn't entered production yet. Email support@estori.ai as soon as possible after ordering and we'll cancel and refund it if it hasn't been sent to print.

After production starts

Once your book is in production, we can't offer a refund or cancellation — it's a custom item being physically printed and bound for you. This is standard for print-on-demand.

Damaged or defective books

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right — a free reprint or a refund. Email support@estori.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem.

Shipping

Delivery times depend on your location and the print partner's queue. Once a book has shipped, we can't change the delivery address. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
